PACER Center is a parent center for families of children and young adults with all disabilities—physical, mental, learning, and emotional. In 2004, PACER wrote and received a grant to develop a Web site to help prevent bullying. The grant was written in growing response to the calls and requests for individual assistance by the parents of children who were being targeted by bullying.
